On the dayJohn Corey will be introducing you to lease options (L/O). Learn how to convert motivated sellers into win-win deals. Learn what it means to 'buy property for £1.00'. John will share his 25 years of US and UK real estate experience including the legal and financial pitfalls unique to L/O deals. At a minimum you will walk away with a clear understanding for how to break up the bundle of rights that come with any property; how you can buy and sell the individual rights using a L/O strategy.

Sadly I cannot attend, being here in sunny Spain and not having to fight the traffic or get involved in heated discussion as to why the British people have not sacked the guilty fraudsters in the government..otherwise, I would ...so I will watch from afar...and hope to get a review of what is going on in the UK.

It should be great fun to participate in the BOF sessions. Maybe we can get someone to tweet from each BOF so the full group gets a summary of each.

Will there be a specific focus or topic on the day? I am mostly interested in property topics.
