Landlords attending can pose questions throughout the discussion and join in the debate. James Davis of Upad and the other panel members will be available for media interviews before and after the event.

It should be retitled "death of the professional landlord".

Buy to let financing seems to favour landlords with a few properties not professional landlords with many.

If regulation comes into effect I can imagine it only getting worse!
